About the Patient Participation Group

We are encouraging our patients to give their views about the Practice, how well we are doing, and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you.

We would like to find out the opinions of as many of our patients as possible and would be delighted if you would like to sign up to our virtual Patient Group so that we may contact you every few months by email to ask for your views.  Your details will only be used for this purpose, all communications will be kept to a minimum and will only take up a few moments of your time, usually in the form of a simple survey.
