All patient information is strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. Medical information will only be given out to the patient, or to a nominated third party if written consent is given by the patient. If you need access to any of your information please contact reception or the Practice Manager and the information will be provided within 28 days.
