Requesting a home visit

If someone is too ill to attend the surgery a home visit by a Doctor or a District Nurse can be arranged. Please telephone the surgery before 12.00pm if you think a home visit may be necessary. The Doctor will ring you back to make an assessment of your needs and arrange the most appropriate visit or therapy.
