Canterbury Health Centre & Sturry Surgery
Planned Server Downtime – January 2026
We would like to inform patients of scheduled server downtime during working hours in January. This is necessary to replace network switches at both sites, which will improve connectivity and server speed going forward.
Dates and Times
- Sturry Surgery: Tuesday, 6th January 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
- Canterbury Health Centre: Wednesday, 7th January 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
During these times, we will lose network access for up to 2 hours (although it is often restored within an hour).
Impact on Services
- Appointments during downtime will be rescheduled.
- Calls will be diverted to the site that remains operational.
- Notices will be displayed in the surgery, on the website, and on phone systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our systems.
