We Are Changing the Way You Can Make an Appointment

The government has mandated new contract changes whereby we are required to free up GP appointments for those who need them most and offer all patients an assessment of need at their first contact with the surgery.

Please be advised that when booking an appointment, you will be asked by one of our trained Care Navigators the reason for your request to see the Doctor, and you may be directed to another suitable service for advice and/or treatment.

Our Care Navigators are following a triage protocol which has been designed by our clinical team and they will take advice from a clinician if necessary.

If you have any questions about this, please contact the surgery to speak to one of our Care Navigators or request to speak to a member of the management team.
