Zero Tolerance Policy
The aim of the Practice is to ensure that staff and patients can work in and use the Practice safely, free from the threat of injury or upset through acts of aggression.
In the unlikely event that the Practice staff are subjected to violent and abusive behaviour, the Practice reserves the right to operate a "zero tolerance" approach to violent and aggressive incidents. All patients indulging in such behaviour will be automatically reviewed and, if appropriate, removed from our Practice List in accordance with guidance from NHS England and the General Medical Council.
